We keep the chicken chips in cookie jars in every exam room. They pull their owners to the front door and immediately sit in front of the jar, wagging their tail. When we do something uncomfortable, we give them a chip, so they look forward to coming to the office instead of fearing it!
We always keep a bag behind the concierge desk. Residents return with their dogs after their walks. They run to the desk and sit up and beg. They love them and can't wait to come back for more. Sometimes they come for the treats without doing their business.
