Our kitchen

Owned, not outsourced

Most treat brands rent a factory. We built a kitchen. Three miles from the beach in Pompano Beach, Florida, USDA chicken breast is sliced and slowly dehydrated in small batches. You are welcome to see every step.

  1. Whole USDA chicken breast, sourced locally
  2. Carefully hand sliced and placed on trays
  3. Slowly dehydrated until it crackles
  4. Packed and sealed the same day

The process

From breast to chip

Dehydration is the whole process. No rendering, no by-product meal, no chemical extraction. Cooked slowly and dried. That is why the ingredient list is one word long.

Small batch

Every tray is inspected

Small batches mean we see every tray. Golden color, visible grain, and a snap you can hear. If a batch does not crackle, it does not ship.
